Clarke Ceramics

Port Sydney, Ontario

A native of Orillia, Rhoni Clarke went to a U.S. university on a golf scholarship to study mathematics. Lucky for us, she took a pottery class, was bit by the clay bug, and decided to major in art and minor in math instead. Go figure!

Rhoni continued to pursue her clay passion at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario and apprenticed for many potters including Timothy Smith and Scott Barnim.

Rhoniā€™s new line of Muskoka-inspired serving and dinnerware is perfect for cottage life. Her brie bakers, spoon rests and rectangular serving platters are lovely hostess gifts while larger casseroles, bowls and round platters guarantee a beloved wedding present.
